Our Process
At ProPraxis Web Management, our phased project plan is designed to provide clarity and effectiveness throughout your web design journey, ensuring that your vision is not only realized but enhanced at every step. By breaking down the process into manageable phases, we prioritize your input and feedback, allowing us to tailor each facet of the design to meet your unique needs. Our collaborative approach fosters transparency, as we maintain open lines of communication and provide you with a ‘work-in-progress’ website, giving you the chance to engage with the design before it goes live. This careful orchestration of tasks, timelines, and resources guarantees that your project not only stays on track but is perfectly aligned with your goals, making the launch of your website an exciting milestone.
Phased Project Plan
- Develop Specification
- We will work closely with you to develop and agree a specification that will enable us to start the design and build of the website.
- Web Management Package
- We will ask you a few questions that will enable us to recommend the most appropriate Web Management package.
- Project Management
- We will offer you a single point of contact for managing the project.
- We will agree a work schedule, detailing the activities and assigned owners with projected completion dates to meet an overall estimated completion date for the website to go live or a phased go-live.
- We will provide regular updates on progress.
- We will provide a ‘work-in-progress’ website that only you can see, so you can check on progress on-line and trial the website before going live.
- We will act on your behalf to purchase the relevant domain name or manage the transfer of your registered domain name and provide one of our Web Management packages, alongside any other utilities you may need to get your site up and running.
Payment Plan
Initial Payment
Once your specification is agreed we will issue a Pro Forma Invoice for the total cost broken down into a payment plan to complete the agreed work.
We will require a 50% payment of the design fee, detailed on the Pro Forma Invoice, before work commences.
Any additional payments detailed in the Pro Forma Invoice are required so we can commence work (for example, for third party add-on software or foreign domain names) and must be paid upfront and in full.
These up-front payments are part of our service fees and do not constitute a deposit.
Payment Plan
The Pro Forma invoice will detail a Payment plan requiring a further payment of 40% of the design fee and full payment of the Web Management package on completion of the website and before the website goes live and will indicate the billing cycle for the Web Management package.
The remaining 10% of the design fee of the Pro Forma Invoice will be due for payment within 30 calendar days after the website goes live when you are fully satisfied.
A Pro Forma invoice will be sent out for each payment required.
Payment Terms
All payments are subject to our Terms & Conditions.
